Main level furnished two-bedroom 1 bathroom bright garden suite (around 800 sq. ft.) available for rent in a house with own separate entry in a quiet neighbourhood within short walking distance to Uvic, Campus View Elementary School, Arbutus Middle School and Mount Doug High School. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop of #27 and #28.
There are 2 options: $3000 for the entire 2BR or $1100 (living room converted large bedroom), $1000 (bedroom with 2 windows), $900 (bedroom with 1 window) for 3 different rooms.
We welcome quiet and responsive students, professionals or young family. One person shares 10% of the utility bill. No parties, no pets, and no smoking/drugs in the house.
