这个问题我也没理解
usedvictoria上有不少卖各种modem 的，可电信提供商的modem都是免费的呀，telus现在连无线路由器都成标准免费配置了，前两天帮一个朋友申请telus 的internet，还有专门的汉语服务。我倒。

maybe now it's free.
when i used telus,you may rent it or buy it by yourself and save a few bucks off monthly fee.
For Shaw,it's still two options: rent or buy.
