Footprints in the Sand

One night I had a dream
  P, z0 i+ G5 r9 w) fI was walking along the beach with my Lord.
) ^  |3 Z7 w7 a% Z, h( Q, kAcross the sky flashed scenes from my life.8 {5 i8 T- u* M. m
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
; o( Y9 y! g: w4 m3 [1 {6 i, Bone belonging to me
% v$ g! g4 A/ ?$ D& Y2 Eand the other to my Lord./ x$ R+ i5 x4 F" ^
When the last scene of my life shot before me3 D( S, _% ^  V5 c- U6 r
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.% ~3 }5 a5 A; q: y% W
There was only on set of footprints.+ m) G) p- D6 V: A5 E# E& D2 H" _
I realized that this was at the lowest
, T  c2 `, R7 D& Pand saddest times in my life.
2 E* w. }/ ?# aThis always bothered me
3 @$ [) C' `2 E8 n# v4 v8 G5 w" Land I questioned the Lord7 e0 V/ V1 s- r2 l) K
about my dilemma.
' y9 m) L1 z- m) E5 J5 S' k5 `6 o. P"Lord, you told me when I decided to follow You,; E( V# V, Z# f; q! R
You would walk and talk with me all the way.. T8 j2 U+ g1 [$ y4 M
But I'm aware that during the most troublesome
$ [  w  e2 D6 O, \times of my life there is only one set of footprints./ R& q& r! W5 G5 _& F  Q
I don't understand why, when I needed You most,
5 G) {; f: ^. |% m' i0 Eyou leave me."8 P) W7 U8 ?/ g- c# @
He whispered,  "My precious, precious child,
3 W* j9 K0 o3 ?, G; J1 e5 PI love you and will never leave you! L1 p" |% G7 c. S) M2 ?, n
never, ever during your times of trial and testings.' Y- q4 C1 n" n4 d6 D$ V. {$ I
When you saw only one set of footprints
