我每天早晨也准点接到一个电话，是一个778开头的，都快烦死了。。

大部分这种电话如果你给他打回去，让他们以后不要再打了，他们会take your number out of their list.
有个网站 whocallsme.com 可以查到，
应该还有一个网站如果你去投诉，那个号码会被大范围block掉，但忘了名字。好像这坛子里有人说过，如果有人强行给你打电话每周多于两次，就可以告他骚扰，所以催款公司都会有自己的记录什么时候打过电话。

Thank you! Someone says they try to sell insurance for master card, but idont have a master card! How come, they keep calling twice a day,

To  use Selective Call Blocking, dial *60  and press 3. Then, press # and  enter the phone  number you do  not

To block the  number from the last call received, dial  *60  and key in #, 0, 1, #.
To deactivate Selective Call Blocking, dial *60  and press 3.

还有一种方法，很简单：

1. sorry, I can not understand what you said, would you mind say it again?
2. I still can not understand, please repeat .
3. sorry , still not clear, one more time please.
4. OK, can you hold please? I get my pencil.
