到目前为止,我的资料终于准备好了,而且商业计划书也过来了。
下面重点说说商业计划书。
初稿给我以后,看了看有33页。写的基本就是标准的商业计划书的各式和内容。其中很大一部分是我自己提供的资料,当然,这个可以理解,写计划书的人也不可能行行精通,还需要申请人本人提供行业资料。
基本上是我把自己工作状态,工作内容,流程提供给他。他结合本地的商业行业的特点来重新组装,其中有大部分关于财务预算的东西,对于一个新市场来说,我们自己可能做不了的。我的情况与论坛里面CHM可能不同,他主张购买一个5年以上的公司,或者入股该公司。但是当我想找我的行业内的公司时,根本没有卖的,因为我的行业算是移民类型里面比较偏门的。也找了当地咨询公司问了一下,目前跟本没有这类的公司拿出来卖,说是这类公司效益都不错,没人卖。而我觉得我又不想去买一个咖啡店或者餐馆类的,自己没做过,也不做怎么做,跨行业投资,移民局有可能不考虑批准(移民顾问是这么建议的,)但是国内的移民公司说没关系,我也很晕。所以,我的计划是,成立一个新的公司,到了之后再去考察合适的项目,当然不能够离我的本行太远。
下面我节选一些问题列出来,仅供参考。以下这些问题,您如果能用英文直接回答(仅仅一句话不行,要分析),恭喜您,商业计划您能够自己写一半了,如果还能做出财务预算,和风险预算,恭喜您,商业计划您能够自己写了。如果这些都不行,还是花点钱吧,反正我不行。
很多人说新公司不容已通过,审批时间也较慢。这个我也不清楚,第一,我不着急。第二,我认为根据自己的行业结合当地考察情况做出来的东西是真实的,不管怎么样,比移民公司做出的流水线好的多,我喜欢自己把握自己的生活,无论成功与否,我在能力和经验上也是收获颇丰的。
