美加的频率是一样的。加拿大只是GMRS不需要licence。/ a* s8 L/ a2 K4 d$ I

2 d3 ?: I" }) Q8 ^- \由于Nanaimo的朋友增加到三人，trailheads之间再carpool就比较麻烦了。所以这次大家都直接到Maple Mtn. Rd.的trailhead。先走summit trail，如果下来后还想走coast trail的话，就要走roundtrip了。; L' k' ]8 r8 w$ @
) j' Q9 R: k/ i( k8 s2 r: J
不知道zy710000和sunshadow住哪里。这次还是按原计划7：30都到Costco吧。iloveuvic和bonnie22就麻烦痞子接一下。

, a7 C- n$ u3 s6 R) m' E不知你说的summer tail 是否是blue trail？blue trail 比较容易，costal trail 要难一些。 如两条都走的话, 先走costal trail要好一些(不然累了会影响安全).  景色不错, 还看到了bald eagles and sea lions. But scenery wise, we still like east sooke costal trail better, " P3 ]: T% Y1 ?& x: z+ \" X( j

7 @+ q0 o2 L; Y/ h0 c& g* r穿好鞋(must be hiking shoes), 带足水, have fun.
