我不是Uvic的学生，也不是computer science毕业的，我是university of ottawa的MBA毕业的。但是我帮你上网看了一下：

1。他们对于computer  science的国际留学生的入学要求是：80%; "B" on four-year Bachelor
我会建议你同时附上你的大学成绩和在UK的Master成绩，对你来说应该是没有多大影响的。但是如果你大学的成绩没有B，你UK的Master成绩就要好看点了，可以和录取处的advisor咨询一下，只提供最近的学位成绩可不可以。

2。对于入学的English Language proficiency要求，他们网上有详细地说明：
Applicants whose first language is not English, and who have not resided in a designated* English-speaking country for three years immediately prior to the entry-point applied for, must provide proof of English Language proficiency

所以如果你在UK待了不足三年的话，你是肯定要提供托福或雅思成绩的。

3。联系到学校里的advisor，给她们打电话，instead of just sending them emails。

4。对于Computer science的Master的入学要求。
Language:

TOEFL: 575/233 (MSc)

TOEFL: 575/233 (Ph.D.)

GRE recommended

Minimum Academic requirments:

B+: Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering (or its equivalent) OR amajor or honors degree in Mathematics with an emphasis on Computer Science

Other requirements:
statement of intent, resume

这些是申请的Minimum requirment。不是说你只要符合，学校就肯定收你，如果你申请的这一年有300个人递申请表，学校肯定是择优录取，有可能入学的30个学生平均托福620，成绩平均是A-，所以看你运气了。
