Hello students. My name is Julia and my husband is David. I was born and raised in Victoria and we are both native speakers. We live on the direct bus route to Uvic, Camosun College (4min walk) and downtown Victoria, BC. 10mins or less to Uvic or downtown by bus. We provide 3 meals a day. Your room has Queen size bed, desk, lamp, flat screen tv, closet, dresser and nice big window on the main floor. Complete access to laundry room. Everything is included in our monthly fee. We are a kind couple who enjoy sharing our home, Canadian experiences and have references from homestay students. Room is available on December 8th. We have one small very friendly dog.Monthly Fee: $850.00 includes 3 meals NO Smoking Pets: 1 dog
