We just bought house in Victoria.
My opinion is don't buy house in spring.
Summer and winter are better for buyer.

I searched a lot of school information.Finaly bought house in Saanich that near Uvic.
The house in Victoria expensive than Toronto.(we came from Toronto),but here much nice than Toronto.

There are more choice in Ontario,
Such as food, house, education, job...
Immigration are more than native people in Toronto.
