The trend of price is going up . It is true. But  we can see the last 10 years . Almost 2010 is 3 times to2001. But I am not sure 10 years late, the price will go up 2 or 3 times. As the economy is not that strong.  So who can expect  how the price going.  Maybe the next 5 years the price will be going down 30 percent.
