请问，妈妈的半年探亲签证批下来了，这个半年指的是 从登陆加拿大那天起算还是 从在北京大使馆给我妈妈贴VIS 那天起算呢？因为涉及到购买往返机票回程时间问题，有点迷惑。请知情人士告知，万分感激。

the expire date on your mom's visa is for travelling to Canada, when your mom arrive Canada, the boarder officer will stamp on your mom's passport, if there is a date on the stamp, then that date is when your mom has to leave Canada; if there is no date, then your mom can stay up to 6 month since entering Canada.

哦明白了，谢谢大家的解答。那就是说是从入境那天才开始起算，妈妈护照上的EXPIRA DATE 是指必须在此时间前入境加拿大对吧。
