[求助信息] 韩国泡菜调料

I use this recipe to make kimchi http://drbenkim.com/how-make-kim-chi.htm
try A-mart downtown..they  have big pack of chili pepper for 9 bux...u need a lot of it as its not spicy...I used 2 bowls of it last time for 3 bokchoi
鱼露 is 5 bux in Amart but it tastes exactly same as the thai fish sause in fairway, which is only 1.5 bux
虾酱...i didnt use it

if u follow the recipe above, I still recommend sugar over apple/pear. The texture of the fruit does not go well in kimchi. I may recommend only 1 quarter of apple and pear.

More garlic may increase the flavor...dun put too much ginger in~
