你覺得每天坐公車到UVic很麻煩麼？那幹嘛不住在靠近大學附近呢？這裡可能是對UVic的學生來說是個完美的地點！離UVic只兩百五十公尺遠！

這個房子有三個很便利的地方
1. 步行不要十分鐘就到UVic

2. 步行到Shelbourne街和Cedar Hill X馬路只要十分鐘。那裡的Shelbourne Plaza有：超級市場 (Fairway, 富士屋 [Fujiya]); 許多餐廳 (西餐: Tim Horton's, Villages Pizza; 中餐: 洋洋, 紫荊閣 (Purple Garden); 日本料理: Kuma Noodle; 泰國料理: Little Thai Place; Noodle Box; 越南料理: Pho-Nominal, Pho-Ever), 賣酒的商店 (BC Liquor Store); 酒吧 (Maude Hunter's Pub); 天天向上 [TT Mix] (卡拉OK); 美容店: Jojo Hair Salon; 銀行: Coast Capital Savings, TD Canada Trust, BMO

Tired of busing to UVic? Why not live where you can walk there! This is possibly the perfect location for a UVic student! Only 250m from UVic!

The house is centered between:
Shelbourne St. & Cedar Hill X Rd. (10 mins walk) which has
Shelbourne Plaza (Fairway, Fujiya, Tim Horton's, Villages Pizza, Little Thai Place, Noodle Box, Kuma Noodle, Young Young, The Purple Garden, Tropical Garden, Pho-Nominal, Pho-Ever, BC Liquor Store, Maude Hunter's Pub, TT Mix, Jojo Hair Salon, Coast Capital Savings, TD Canada Trust, BMO, ...); and
Shelbourne St. & McKenzie Ave. (15 mins walk) which has
University Heights Shopping Centre (Safeway, cinema, dollar store, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, CIBC, liquor stores); and
Tuscany Village (Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Ali Baba Pizza, Applebees, Boston Pizza, First Choice, Monk Office); and
UVic (5 mins walk just across Gordon Head Rd).

對搬家有點麻煩不過我住在這裡快四年了離維多利亞走之前想住在新環境。並且我比較成熟很想要獨立的住宅。
我好朋友說他現在的住宅很麻煩太吵了，很想搬家了然後找到了超好的公寓想一起住了。我同意了。
而我愛乾淨這裡的室友不太在意乾淨。這個讓我煩好久了。
