我未成年没有credit card啊我是网站办的uplands都前面帮我办我好了我用我的cibc debite visa不行哎==要credit card求帮助！！！！！

Payment through CIC online applicaiton can only be made via credit cards. No alternatives. The only option is that borrow someone's card, and you can put that person in cash.

让你爸爸办一张信用卡，同时给你申请一张信用卡的附属卡，你就有卡了。你刷卡，他交钱。我就是这么做的

没有信用卡就用纸申请，用5401表直接去银行交125加币就行了，把回执一起交上去证明你已经交钱。
