独立屋，出租首层(两房一厅，一开放式厨房及一浴室)
我们房子內已放置了一些簡單的日常家具，房间都有书桌和床.

还有独立的干衣机和洗衣机

到Hillside Mall 和No.4 巴士站步行只需1分钟
离UVIC不远！(看地图，有图有真相http://goo.gl/maps/QcP1F）

无线上网？早就为你准备好了，免费的wifi，还包水电！

但是，
不允许开派对，
宠物神马的也不好吧，
吸烟有害健康，我们也不允许！

你可以随时来看看房子，五月一日之后可以入住。

We are looking for politeness,quiet and clean Students or Family.
Rent the Main floor.(two bed room,one dinning room adjacent to the kitchen and one bathroom)
Rent is $1250 per month
We already have some simple Furniture,desk and bed,etc.
Also including individual washing machine and dryer.

1 min walking to Hillside Mall and No.4 bus stop.
Close to UVIC.（you can check it on maphttp://goo.gl/maps/QcP1F）

FREE internet and wifi.
FREE water.
Shared electricity.

BUT,
No party
No pets
No smoking.

(Hope you understand ^_^)

You are welcome to look around the house,and it will be available on May 1st.
