请教一下内行的人，
1.如果今年第一次买房，是不是可以在federal tax 中的home buyer'amount 中（#369）报$5000的credit?

2.如果父母在这里探亲1年半的话，能不能在federal tax 中得到Amount for an eligible dependant 的credit(#305) $10527?

1.If you are first Time home buyer in the world, then you may claim $5000 tax credit
2. You can not claim the eligible dependant if  he/she is only the temporary visitor in Canada.
