Go online, create a new account, upload picture, filled out some forms, pay the fees, print the barcode page, choose interview date and time, then go to the interview. Passport willed be mailed back to you by DHL.
You can choose Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax etc.
