Very close to UVIC (10 minutes walk) and #27/#12 bus stop (2 minutes walk).
Shared Kitchen and Bathroom with another girl who works full time.
The rent included all utilities, laundry and internet.

Available Dec. 1 or Jan. 1

No Pets. No Smoking. No Party.
