$500 for one bedroom and one living room. Brand new flooring in stead of carpet.Main floor instead of basement. Neat and convenient place. Bus stops are within 10meters and directly go to UVIC and downtown. One friendly, quiet and responsible Chinese student lookingfor a neat, responsible roomate(the bedroom for rent is pretty big). Includingpretty much every thing, except internet (if you don't mind sharing the one with thelandlord, it will be only $15 extra fee and it is fast speed). Really low price for this kind of place.:) Please note that at least rent for half year. The bed and dresser in the livingroom will be moved away, there will be a mattress or a sofa bed over there. 忘了说了，in gorden head area, only 4 minutes drive to school, the bus stop is within 10 meters from the house
