sharehouse或者合租apartment均可。
不限任何地段，不过门口路边最好能有停车的地方。
从5月1日租到8月底。
在下男生，非常爱干净，作息时间也算稳定。
有张床铺再有个地方做饭就好（合租一室一厅睡客厅也行）。
不过价格最好不要超过400。

My house has a room available on May 1st now ,Gordon head area. Share kitchen,bathroom. but the price is about $ 460, after September the rent will be 500 for that room. But you have a look at the place . the price is still consulted . If you want to look, Call Jorden 250 884 8691. thx
