one nice and bright room for rent for male only . the rent is $460 per month .including utilities and hydro and high speed internet. parking for free .there are a double bed and table in the room . dining room .kitchen .microwave .oven .washroom and washer .dryer.all of them for tenant .there are entrance for tenant. it is convenient to take the bus .the route :27 .28.29.and 12 bus .one minute to walk to bus stop from the house .gordon head area . sorry no smoking ( can smoking outside the house ) no paty . No pets .no drugs . call me if you interested in it 250 -360-2688 (ming or sherry ) or email me .(you call me after 6:30 pm if nobody answer the call ).the address : 4326 Vera Cruz pl Ave : Tyndall 4300 francisco 1800 .
