位于shelbourne and mckenzie. 一室一厅的apartment.现在打算把厅租出去。
最好是女生，房租430不包括网络和电费。 网络大概一个月每人20加币，电费大概每人每月10加币。
楼下马路对面就是tuscany villege. 交通很方便，楼下有26公交车直接到UVIC 和Future shop and Walmart. 27-28 公交车到Camosun college lansdowne campus 和 Downtown. 39号公交车到Camosun college Interurban campus.
