俺用的是BMO的美元卡，原来是免费的，不过据说现在也开始收费了。。。。

呵呵，谢谢提醒，一下子打错了。

对mispayment 的惩罚是所有信用卡公司都很严的啦，没有哪一家是会手下留情的，我有时候都跟我的朋友说，忘了老婆生日，也别忘了信用卡的due date。呵呵。

我正在使用的就是RBC美国银行的美金信用卡。没有年费和其他任何费用。你不能在RBC加拿大的银行申请，必须从RBC在美国的分支机构申请。RBC加拿大这边也有美元信用卡，但是有很高的年费不推荐。TD也有类似的。
到目前为止，使用RBC US的信用卡从RBC加拿大账户上转美元去美国还Bill还不需要付费，但是据说以后会要手续费。

chase 的credit card没有这种汇率费用，可以办一个amazon chase的
