pretty much any knife will work...they r not hard to cut..i hv a special henckles knife to cut fish~ its sharp...

I use the one from fairway/fujiya...its the green plastic tube~~ with wasabi printed on it.
but my friend buys the powder n mixes it himself...it is only good if you eat a lot ~~
Soy sause... i use Yamasa...pretty much any japnese soy sauce in fairway would work...(buy expensive ones)
ps, i hv a big jar of yamasa. if u wanna try some, bring a small bottle with u when picking up the fish
