One Bedroom available for rent in July and/or August

10 minutes walk or 4 minutes bus to UVic.
Near Fairway, Safeway, RBC, CIBC, UVic gym, #26,27,28,39,51 bus stops.
Internet and Electricity are included in the rent, and you only pay $350 rent per month.
A new queen size bed is provided for you, it costs me $800.
Also provided are computer desk and chairs.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with me. I am a busy working male, and I am not at home most of daytime.
No party, no smoking, no pet. And you must be a tidy person.
Please note that this is a summer sublet only available for two months.
