你好，我转租现在住的apt (地址：200 gorge road w). google了一下，到Royal Roads University 开车15分钟。距离downtown开车6－7分钟。房子对面是公园。步行3分钟左右就有超市fairway和shoppers。步行10－15分钟左右就能到Tilicum Mall（Safeway, London Drugs, Winners...), TD bank, BMO, 公共图书馆，Cineplex电影院和一个小学。房子是公寓管理，有停车位（带cover，不过要$25/m，路边也可以免费停车）。我8月中旬左右应该就要搬走，你可以提前入住，不收8月的钱。对了，我这个是2室一厅的，目前房租是每月$1150（听说房租会降一些，如果你感兴趣，我可以和房子的manager再核实一下）。房子里面有我去年搬过来的时候买的一些新家具，如果感兴趣，也可以送给你。Tel: 778-977-8425.
