同时要注意补充一些营养物质。
(1)维生素,多吃西红柿、青椒、冬瓜、西瓜、杨梅、甜瓜、桃、李等新鲜果蔬;
(2)水和无机盐,特别是要注意钾的补充,豆类或豆制品、香菇、水果、蔬菜等。多吃些清热利湿的食物,如西瓜、苦瓜、桃、乌梅、草莓、西红柿、黄瓜、绿豆等;
(3)蛋白质,如鱼、瘦肉、蛋、奶和豆类等。
轻淡食谱:
鱼腥草拌莴笋:
[配料]鱼腥草50克,莴笋250克,蒜、葱各10克,姜、食盐、酱油、醋、味精、香油各适量。
[做法]鱼腥草摘去杂质、老根,洗净切段,沸水焯后加食盐搅拌待用。莴笋削皮去叶洗净,切成寸长粗丝,用盐腌渍沥水待用。葱、姜、蒜切末后待用。将莴笋丝、鱼腥草放在盘内,加入酱油、味精、醋、葱花、姜末、蒜米拌匀,淋上香油即成。
[功效]清热解毒,利湿祛痰。对肺热咳嗽,痰多粘稠,小便黄少、热痛等均有较好疗效。
桂圆粥:
[配料]桂圆25克,红枣3-5颗,粳米100克,白糖少许。
[做法]将桂圆、红枣同粳米共入锅中,加适量的水,熬煮成粥,调入白糖即成。
[功效]补益心脾,养血安神。尤适用于劳伤心脾,思虑过度,身体瘦弱,健忘失虑,月经不调等症。
