Two upper floor bedrooms are available in August. Both rooms are furnished, bright, and clean. One of them has its own private bathroom.
Includes wi-fi, hot water and electricity. There is a five minute walk to a bus stop; from there, it is a ten minute ride to the University of Victoria with bus 26, 16,or 51. The number 6 bus goes downtown. The number 51 bus also goes to Royal Roads University.
Very convenient location. The house is close to Saanich Plaza, which has restaurants, a supermarket, a drug store, and a post office. Price is $950 per month for two people. If you are a non smoker, with no pets, and if you are responsible and clean, then please contact us in either English or Chinese.
