I was walking along the beach with my Lord." c# H1 ?4 H* X- M6 Q9 I, j
Across the sky flashed scenes from my life.) k- V* H/ d. y6 H1 |7 ]
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,4 C2 l$ {* Q, t, v
one belonging to me- D- H9 e/ a9 j' V7 o7 v+ q
and the other to my Lord.
0 F/ V7 A" G5 X5 m5 r2 k/ hWhen the last scene of my life shot before me( N6 X# s- D. i' x0 `( g6 z$ \
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
: ^/ z! P) @! a5 n' Z' uThere was only on set of footprints.
7 F/ ~  W& N% g; u' L: |/ ^5 p6 TI realized that this was at the lowest
' Y& D; d# U( D* `and saddest times in my life.
  k! M3 Q3 }* ZThis always bothered me
. \7 _" N; J$ T0 X+ Xand I questioned the Lord
+ I+ L& e, C+ }5 Nabout my dilemma.

You would walk and talk with me all the way.8 \+ ?1 c  L; L" G0 M7 u* W
But I'm aware that during the most troublesome ; Q( T* t& F0 r# e) A
times of my life there is only one set of footprints.
