called so many times, noone answer their phone @ 1-888-247-2262, do they still need to confirm tickets, my parents tickets are booked half year round trip, will return back to china very soon,
wondering how to confirm the tickets for my parents,

我每次回国在国内都打电话确认，无论国航还是加航，都说确认一下更好，他们自己工作人员都不知道是否必须确认，因为现在机票不存在open的了，所以好像不是很明确，多年以前经常有人持有open票，所以都必须确认，另外加航好像网上可以订座位，是不是就相当于确认了吧
