小区环境优美，游泳池，桑拿房，健身房都是免费开放的。
交通方便，靠近超市，医院等。公车站就在小区附近，公车直通downtown.有14路通往UVIC只要5～8分钟。
每月300，全包（高速上网，水电和暖气）。
