Go online, create a new account, upload picture, filled out some forms, pay the fees, print the barcode page, choose interview date and time, then go to the interview. Passport willed be mailed back to you by DHL.
You can choose Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax etc.
$140 visa fee.
Ususally Canadian PR will get a 10 years multiple entries US VISA( most cases B1/B2), but I have heard some US embassies are giving 5 year multiple visas to people recently.
