The British Columbia Trade and Investment Office in Shanghai will host this B.C. pre-departure seminar with the participation of the Canadian Consul General in Shanghai. 4 H9 x+ b( K4 D/ r1 m. U: `1 Y9 F6 P! {& u' v8 P8 M
