One nice furnished bedroom with wood flooring on second floor of the house is available from Jan 1, 2014. It is in Gordon Head area (closed to Uvic). There are buses to Uvic and downtown directly. Share kitchen with owner. Looking for quiet, and responsible tenant. Rent is $520 including high speed internet, furniture, laundry and utilities. .
