We are a nice and quiet family that would like to rent our 2 bedroom basement suite for $900/mo.

Includes: beds, furniture, wireless internet, water, electricity, laundry, kitchen/dining area (new oven & fridge!) and washroom.

We are close to Mayfair Mall, Tillicum Mall & Uptown. Excellent bus routes to Downtown (10 min ride), UVic, Camosun (Interurban & Lansdowne) - #8, 11, 21, 22, 26.
