* Interested in getting a female student that would enjoy sharing with
an oriental lady (owner) and one other female student from Shanghai.
* Bedroom is very bright with large closet, clean and private with lock
* Share bathroom with the other student
* Furnished with bed, night table, TV and desk.
* Includes high speed wireless internet, cable TV and local phone.
* Includes electricity, heat and water.
* Renter must be quiet, tidy, no pet, non drinker and non smoker.
* Shared bathroom with the other student, shared laundry, kitchen,
nook, dining and living room.
* Bus stop is near the front of the house that connects up to UVic (5
km) very easily or direct bus to downtown in 15 minutes. Parking on the
side street only.
