University Heights区域 (Shelbourne St & Mckenzie Ave)。公交车到UVIC仅6分钟车程，步行到UVic20 分钟。公交车到Camoson 也仅10分钟内。多路公交车站2-5分钟步行范围内。附近华人超市，西人超市，银行，便利店，多处快餐店均在2-5分钟步行范围内。位置特别方便。

房间配备床，书桌，书架，斗柜及衣柜。
和一位文静Camoson学生合用厨房，洗手间。免费提供北美，中国，台湾及香港长途电话。房租已含水电及有线高速上网。

大房间$470 2月份起租
小房间$440 现在可入住
