Room: your bedroom is on the second floor. You will share the followings with other two mature students:
A beatutiful Living Room with separated dinning area;
Good size kitchen and almost-new appliances;
in-house lundry;
one full-size bathroom and one two-piece bathroom;
a small well-cared backyard and a nice sunroom;
Walking to everything you need within 3 to 10 minutes, yet located on a well-set town-house community within just steps away from Tuscany Village, UVic Campus, University Shopping Centre, Safeway, Banks, Restaurants, Bus-stop 26, 27, 28, 39.
Go to Downtown by Bus 27/28 in about 15 minutes. You will share bathroom, laundry, and kitchen with two other students. No smoking, no party, no pets.
Rental fee is $550/month, including high Speed Internet, laundry, hydro and heating.
Security Deposit is $275. Prefer to have 1-year lease, but not mandatory.
